This feature is designed to let you decide, on your terms, when you're ready to connect.
When you choose to contact a business through TierraNav, you will be presented with a clear confirmation step that shows exactly what information will be sent. You must actively confirm before any data is transmitted. No information is ever sent automatically.

When you choose to share your information with a business through TierraNav, that business is the sole intended recipient. TierraNav does not simultaneously share your information with other businesses, networks, or aggregators as a result of your submission. Your information goes to the one business you selected — not to a pipeline of third and fourth parties.
Regardless of what you do or don't do on TierraNav, the following will never happen without your explicit per-instance consent:
If you choose to share your checklist using TierraNav's shareable link feature, anyone with that link can view and interact with your checklist. You can disable sharing at any time from your dashboard. Shared links do not expose your account information, email, or personal details — only the checklist content. If you have pinned a home address on the map, share your link thoughtfully.
Your move project data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete a move project, all associated data (recommendations, checklist items, and resources) is permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), session-based authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Replit account.
